I've noticed the same thing, red eyes, squinting, loss of short term
memory in my 13 year old. He said not to worry it was caused by
something called "weed" or "ganja". Whatever that is, he swears its
harmless. Maybe your cat got into some of that "weed". You never know
about these *young cats* nowadaze.
