Bird, my supercuddly big Rex, is having some bladderproblems. I think. He
has been spending way too much time, sitting in his 'toilet'... normally,
he's just in and out. And today I found him sitting in a puddle of pee. So I
took him in. Luckily he still eats and drinks well, and his poops and
temperature are fine too. I'm thinking bladderinfection or bladderstone?
Tomorrowmorning we are off to the vets. Can you spare a few vibes and hope
with me it's just a simple infection, with a simple cure?

Thanks!
Els

Bird, you super-cute Rexy boy, please get well soon. I'm sending lots
of get-well vibes. We're worried. Get well and get Mummy to take a picture
of you and Alma Mater disapproving of something, and post it to
Disapproving Rabbits! (Even though I don't think you're really a
disapproving bunny!)

I hope that it is something very simple and that sweet Bird feels better
really soon!

Here's some good positive vibes for no kidney or bladder stones for
your Bird, and to feel better quickly. Liza and Jodie and Carla.

Sounds like a bladder infection to me...hopefully, no stones will be
present. Perhaps he has some sludge and will need some sub Q for bladder
flushing. Prayers for dear bird!

Hi Martin,

Bird was even in the Dissaproving Rabbits book! See:
http://birdchick.com/adventures/rabbit/index6.html
(caption: All disapproval, all the time)

He does look a bit like that today, I must say...

Thanks!
Els

Well I remember seeing Bird and Alma Mater on D.R. with the
big "model" bunny who looked disapproving!

I hope Bird is getting better.

Wow, I never knew that picture was accepted! I never saw it myself... Now
I'll try and find it. Thanks, Martin.
