You just don't appreciate just how easy that decision is for normal
people. The only ones who have "issues" to ponder at the grocery store
are the self-absorbed, obsessive-compulsive, and often effeminate vegans
who worry about micrograms and PPM of animal ingredients. They're the
ones whining about lack of choices despite well-marked produce areas and
signs directing them to the beans and rice.

Personally, I don't find choosing between tofu and beef to be a "hard"
decision. It really depends on the particular recipe one is preparing. If
this is a "hard" decision for you, you most definitely have my sympathy.
