Having trouble switching food

My basset has been into the vet alot lately because of odd skin
infections. This last time at the vet, they suggested that it was a
food allergy. They also suggested that I put her on a lamb and rice
diet. So, I went out and bought some new food. She will not eat it.
Any suggestions on how to get her to switch over to this new food?

Try mixing the two foods and gradually decrease the old to none.
