Hi once more (yes I realize I come back here often) ;)

Okay here's the thing, I'm trying to trim her nails but she becomes
increasingly hostile when I do and won't sit still. I got a good, deep
bite on my index finger to prove it. :P What can I do to get her to
let me cut her nails?

Another thing is when she uses the litter. Most of the time, instead
of pushing litter around she spends most of the time rubbing her paws
on the edge of the litter box which does this annoying scraping sound
and she keeps doing that more often than actually pushing litter. And
as a result, instead of taking 5mn to finish up she spends the next 10
scraping the box over and over again because she's not covering
anything up. So how do I get that to stop?

BTW, she's 4 years old.

It's possible your cat may never let you trim her nails. For that you
may need to take her to a grooming facility or a veterinarian's office. You
can't talk a cat into doing what she doesn't want to do. Sometimes it takes
two people to handle a job if the cat resists and that is what vets and
groomers are used to doing.

The burying behavior also sounds typically wacky for a cat. Isis, my
cat, sometimes spends considerable time scraping invisible dirt onto her
food bowl. There is no dirt but she scrapes it anyway. You have to learn to
live with the sometimes wacky and unexplainable behaviors that your cat will
manifest. I would just be patient for a while and let her get used to your
apartment and you and all the furniture and smells. You will probably see
her develop a routine which is, at times, wacky or unusual. You can ponder
these behaviours, like I do, and drive yourself nuts, like I do, or just
enjoy the show!
