Anybody know if crows carry any disease that my lab could get from
fetching them (and licking their blood)

We're having to keep them run out of the garden and I thought might
could get some training out of it B-4 duck season starts.

They seem nasty to me cause they are always eating dead stuff, but
thought I would see if it would be safe to train the pup with a couple
of them.

Thanks for any info.

Try pigeons, they are cheap and they have a scent.

you might want to post it in "rec.hunting.dogs"
but the west Nile I would think about
