Yes, and if its a smaller tank - sit it out in the sun after to let the
bleach vapor out good. Then rinse well before re-using it.
Permanganate will color your seal purple, and be very hard to clean out.
Very strong oxidation agent and dangerouse for you to handle. Stick with
bleach, about 20% with water..
