This is an issue best discussed with your vet. Blood tests and a
complete urinalysis need to be run during or immediatey after an
episode, and she needs a skilled neurological examination, preferably
during an episode. These will give you a Much better idea of what is
going on than we can give you, not being vets. There are a number of
odd episodic disorders with neurological presentations... some of which
are breed specific or specific to a type of breed.... so go to an email
list for the breed.... lots of them at yahhoogroups.com... and see what
the folks who also live with the breed have to say. (For instance, my
breed has a very odd muscle cramping disorder that is emerging, and
literally the only place to get enough information to start an
information search is via owners who happen to be aware of it; it isn't
in the vet books yet, and may never be.)
