I am utterly amazed that a cute story that I posted could cause such havoc
between the masses here. Mariette aand Paghat I am sure you are both
intelligent in your own right but to continue to fight with each other
lessons that intelligence the longer the posts gets. Let your knowledge
speak for itself. It is not my intention to inflame either one of you with
this post but just to give you the simple hint that people will stop
listening in the future the more childish you both continue to sound in the
present, as I am sure you are both aware. I for one like to make informed
descisions. How can I do this if those that I look to for information,
whether based on experience or book sense, reduce themselves to childish
fighting? I think most of us here are intelligent enough to weed through the
nonsense should that need arise. Let it go girls. Don't turn your
intelligence into a soap opera.
Best regards to both,
Liz

>>>Let your knowledge speak for itself

That's the big problem here isn't it, one person demanding that the rest
follow her and if they don't she lets rip. Nobody else is allowed to have an
opinion. The information she gives is useful, but if you notice its all one
sided, it never mentions anything that might contradict what she says, and
wobetide anybody that finds anything that says any different.

I've lurked here for almost a year, and its always been the same. I wonder
why it is that this site has so few new members joining. And those that do,
dissappear as quick as they appear. If you notice, its always the same
people posting.

Those that do stand up for themselves are then ignored, and even blocked.
Even worse they are accused of being a nuiscance.

How can people make an informed choice, when they aren't given one?

John.

Well, I feel bad because it was my post (about blue cheese) in your thread
that kicked the whole thing off!

Marriette, you can't do that, its people like you that question what is
thrown at us, is what is needed here. I freely admit that I don't know much
about reasearch, my knowlege has been gained from other peoples personal
experience. That type of knowlege doesn't seem to be what's needed here.

Thanks, John, but I feel I've made my point. Hopefully a few more
will be able to see through the puffery now, but I'm not going to
continue all this baiting that you and I have been doing for months.
("baiting" ... "months" ??!!) LOL

that did make me smile a bit, as I've only posted on here a handful of
times, until this week, over the past 12 months.

Seems to be a lot of personal animosity on both sides. I just stopped
reading the thread, I have enough stresss at home, don't need to see more
here where I just want to learn how to take the best care of my rats.
