Cats sleep up to about twenty hours a day. Bored and lazy cats sleep
more than cats with interesting and active lives. Most of mine are
inactive, but not always sleeping, for sixteen to twenty hours a day -
they are active for two or three hours in the morning and evening, and
occasionally at other times.
