Does anyone know if one can buy replacement blades for a Doggyman nail
cutter? If so where? How do you open the nail cutter?

.......did you Google? I'm not familiar with that brand. They do sell some
replacement blades for the most common nailcutters in the pet stores.

I am not familiar with this product, however, give this guy a go. I've
bought several items via ebay and he has access to pretty much anything. A
good, honest internet businessman, too.
