The test was on sale a few days ago for 49.99 .. still a bit steep, but I
went for it, thinking I was daft.

It came today.

I'm glad I did. Now knowing what it is, and what's in it, I'd gladly pay
the original asking price.

I opened the Box, and Tuck thought he was on holiday, and I had to start
collecting the parts so we could play. Tuck likes the toys so much, there
isn't going to be anything to pass on when he's done.

These are the kind of toys he likes (He's a master of puzzle toys) and the
kind i look for to buy for him.

The test itself is very comprehensive. It comes with a book that tells
how to administer the test, has the results and explains them.

We did the first four tests, and Tuck did exactly as i expected, but I will
not look at how it's scored until he completes the whole test. But Tuck's
experience as a tracking dog made his success a no-brainer. When it came
to the masked person recognition, firstly, being winter, having my face
obscured is no big deal to him.

Test 5, i will finish after dark.
This is going to take some time to conclude these tests, and may take a
few days before i post the results. But based on Tuck's life experiences
(Tuck was doing test #1 as an exercise at 4 weeks old), I'm not yet
convinced this is an intelligence test. It's a problem solving test for
sure, but Tuck is a very seasoned performer on many of these skills.
Experience is going to figure largely in Tuck's overall score on this Doggy
IQ test.

Yes, it's worth the money to me, and Tuck wants the toys in the bag, and
keeps pestering me to finish the test.

Kavik would have loved this, I think. Puzzles were his thing. But
listening to me? Not his thing.

Tell me how it works out in the end. Curious if they are prepared for Tuck
dogs.
