I usually go to Petsmart's website when I want to shop online. The main
reason I do this is because if I am not happy with the item when it arrives,
it can be returned to the store rather than shipped back. The online prices
tend to be different from the ones in store (sometimes lower, sometimes
higher) so I always save my receipts to get the same amount back. The store
also has a 100% guarantee so I can return things even after I use them if I
don't like them (another reason I like Petsmart). The main problem is
selection, sometimes I can't find what I need. I was wondering what sites
other use when shopping online so I can compare prices, selection, etc. I
know there are tons out there so rather than search all of them myself (I
have searched some already), I thought I'd get some input. Thanks!

I buy food from a local shop. I buy bulk Greenies and rawhide from
www.pettreatsplus.com I buy crates, toys, dog beds, grooming, etc. from
www.jbpet.com

Both of the online shops have great customer service, ship immediately and
often have either free or low-cost shipping. I've only been using the
Greenies supplier for about 6 months or so but I'd recommend them in a
heartbeat. I've been using JB Pet for years and have never gotten a bad,
late or otherwise problematic shipment.

I have a Petsmart 5 minutes from my house but I've only gone there twice,
both times for emergency supplies. I'm one of those people who gets really
annoyed by people assuming I need their help and companionship during my
shopping trip. Its also dangerous to my health to be around people who try
to educate me, without knowing my own education, with lots of junk and
myth-based theory.
