re peeing inside

My samoyed sometimes does this as well but she is generally good and
waits till the morning when i let her out as soon as i get up.I always
let her out last thing before i go to bed which is about 9 to 10pm.The
puddle is always in the lounge,never anywhere else and she sometimes
shits inside but i think that is just laziness.She has access to the
outdoors during the day when i am home as well as the door to the
garden is always open when i am home
