You asked how long the eggs would take to hatch. The usual time is 18
days after the second egg is hatched. If they hatch, you'll have babies
in the nest for approximately 6 weeks. Thereafter the parents will lay
more eggs (they won't wait 6 weeks to lay more eggs by the way) and
you'll have more baby pigeons around.
I agree with Tony's advice. Get rid of the eggs and the nest as quickly
as you can and keep pestering the pigeons so they'll leave. Don't get
me wrong. I love pigeons--I've got a beautiful flock of domesticated birds.
If you really want pigeons, there are plenty of beautiful domesticated
pigeons around.
And don't think that removing the eggs and destroying the nest of these
wild pigeons is cruel. They'll simply find another spot to roost and
nest. Trust me, they won't miss a beat. I've been around pigeons long
enough to know.
