since you asked.. ellie was off sat morning. i did not worry too much
till eve. she would not eat at all. would not move from where she was
sitting all day.. i went to force feed her at midnight. she went limp.
i thought for sure she had died. there was no response.. then a
couple minutes went by. she started to come back. off to the er we
went. she left again when we were almost there. was she gone?? i stuck
my finger in her mouth and got her to move again. she was very very
limp.......... got her to er. he took test etc and said her kidney
values were really bad. fluids and meds then regular vet on tue.. she
started feeling herself about 7am.. by hours later she was normal
again...
took some pee in to test yesterday. dr mann said she was fine. she had
some serious derbis in her pee. her kdneys were cleansing out
something. she had crystal plugs that were blocking in her kidney. the
fluids moved it out... it saved her life... i was so happy. yet
freaked that i almost lost her in a blink of an eye..... she will be
fine. i am still recouping. >> Stay informed about: marylee.. ellie |
