Post subject: loud noises

Have a very quiet 60kg 8 yo dog who rarely barks, but have feral neighbours who are stirring her up with cap guns then she gives her loud alarm bark-putting them into cops would be useless and a danger to myself and they have told me they will put her in for barking .Anyone know how to train a dog not to bark at loud caps?
