I was in this newsgroup several years ago and left when I was beseiged by a
certain member "HOWLING, ARRF" schiziod posts. I see the member is still
here. Too annoying for me.

It's up to you whether you want to see his posts or not. You're
using Outlook Express - it has killfile capability.

Just go to Message, scroll down and hit block sender. Then ok and ok. This
would be on Outlook Express, but I am sure other e-mail programs have a
block for the newsgroups.
There are a few others here that aren't so hot either.
