This little moron keeps jumping on them, swatting them, etc.. What can I
do to make him stop? I'm ready to throw him across the room. As soon as
I yell at him to stop and make him run away, less than 30 seconds he's
back at it.

Spray something on the plants that the cat won't like to smell. Maybe lemon
juice or someother citrus juice. Or Bitter apple or Eucalyptus oil.

banana scent would work too. Also, water would work if you put enough on it
so that it will splatter at the cat when he touches them. I broke mine
from jumping on a table that way. She got used to me taking her off and
telling her no. Tapping her nose didn't work. I didn't want to spray her
and she walked around the tape strips I put up. So I finally wet it down
with some water. It was a glass top table so it didn't do damage. She
jumped up and felt it was wet and that was the end of that.

Becaus they're utterly pointless and in bad taste as well.

I'm surprised that they don't have a fake cat to go with them.

I'm a college student, in a college apartment. I'm not entirely
concerned about my decor; however, can you please post pictures of your
apartment/house so I can learn about what constitutes good style? Please
make sure to include pictures of your 30 cats. I look forward to your
pictures, thanks.

Good style: form follows function. No uselss 'decorative' objects.

The essence of bad taste is form without function... plastic plants are a
great example of that; or those fur dice hanging from the rearview mirror
in your car.

What function do your absurd plastic plants perform? And why are
your upset that your cat messes with them?

All I know is that I've seen/had it sprinkled on french toast, and it
was
always very granular. Like sand on my bread. Hate it.
