Any hints for south florida

Dear friends,

I'm nature photographer and interested in aquaria photography.

In january I will be in south florida (Everglades, Keys, Fort Myers) to
take some photos from fishes, especially fishes you could find in
aquaria. I was in Florida 4 times, but the last times I took photos
from birds and plants. If you have any hints, what I can find there, it
would be very helpful for me.
