I need help someone who lives in the san fernando valley, ..

Hi, I am looking for a kind soul to help get a cat down from a tree, that has
been up in it for 4 days now, it is a very high tree.It is a stray that must
have ran up the tree to find food, it hasn't had food or water for 4 days, and
I fear it is dying. It may be injuried, and I really don't know how it could
have gotten up there so high. I live in a condo community, and you can hear
it's cries all over the complex, it is extremely sad. Please if you think you
can help, or have a tall ladder, it would be appreciated not only by me but by
the poor cat up there, it rained today & that didn't even get it down.
