Buzz,
It would be a good idea to get his blood tested today. Could you get him
to the vet for the test? There are also home bloodtesting meters that
people use at home on their cats (the people kind of meter sold at drug
stores.)
Try posting your question on the message board at
www.felinediabetes.com. Lots of hands-on experience in cat diabetes there.
