I only have a couple of minutes, but I have to share my intense/cautious joy
with you all. We are just back from the vet, and Dr. R. said that if we
medicate Pepper for another week, she should return to normal. I finally
(!!) got approval to use simethcone on her. He also said she had passed the
majority of the furball, her urine-burned areas looked great, and her level
of alertness was unbelievable compared to where it had been when the ordeal
began. I asked him "Does this mean I have my pet back?" and he said "Yes
you do." I said that was infinitely better than the news I had expected to
hear today, and he was very sympathetic.

We medicated Pepper and put her back in her hutch, and she immediately
cleansed her palate with a mouthful of hay.

The joy now is as intense as the grief was yesterday. My little fuzz butt
is on the road back to crabby health. My gratitude to God knows no limit.
My gratitude to you all for your support.....I can't thank you enough. May
you all feel as blessed as I do.

Rock on APR! WOOOOO!

Monica E. (and Pepper)

Yeah! Intense joy from here too!

I'm so glad to hear happy news -- Pepper sounds like a miracle-bunny.

Give her a scritch from me,

Rhonda

It's good to read that Pepper is doing so much better and is on the road
to recovery. Good vibes for continued improvement.
