Does anyone know of a newsgroup specific to guinea pigs or a really good
website for care of guinea pigs? I just got a new one and would like to
read up on them. Thanks, Sarah

You only adopted one?
They are happier (and will entertain you more often) in pairs.

Yes, I only got one because someone gave me a very large cage, with all the
accessories and the guinea pig for free. I had read that they like to be in
pairs, but I have a female and am afraid that if I introduce a new one that
they will fight. Is that correct. The one I have is two years old and has
always lived alone. Thanks. Sarah
