Not a chance, 3 years and it would have been dead for 2.

If its not eating now its due to temp drops, called brummination, if its a
male it may not eat until late spring as once it starts warming up it will
go hunting for a female and not want food.

If it was nice and healthy 4-6 weeks is no concern

That would be one starved snake. Other conditions for a snake to go so long
without eating would be a significant body weight before the anorexia, and
not-too-warm temps so the metabolism slows down.
