Two things that I can think of off hand. Both of which happened to my
lab/border collie mix
1. Labs love to eat all kinds of things. I had this problem with him and
took him to the vet. He had acorn shells in his stools, and also had
stones in his stomach. In a few days, everything went through and all was
OK.
2. Worms? Mine had hook worm, even though I gave him a heart worm medican
that the vet said should take care of ALL types of worms, he still had
hook worm.
The bottom line, take them to a vet and see what he says.
