Of course not. It's like you are completely blind to the possibilities
in language that you could twist words in public debates to suit
your personal agenda, one also never see you attempt to stifle
debate. You are probably renowned all over Usenet for your clean
debating form, a lucid example to us all.

>have you checked the animal welfare implications of freezing slugs

If you mean regulatory wise and as regards slug welfare, yes. There
appear to be none. Officially recommended extermination methods are,
to pour hot water on them once collected, or, to chop them in half, in
situ, in the affected area.

thankyou for those few kind words

certainly I console myself that I at least manage to avoid sulking for years
on end

And have never claimed pretentious titles such as truth seeker, which
reminds me of the democracy one finds in democratic republics

Jim, don't even mention it. You deserve every one and more.
As William Blake noted "As the air to a bird or the sea to a fish, so
shall be praise to the praiseworthy."

Yes, I do realise my humble contribution to your comfort is but
naught against what you can produce for yourself.

I bet you could fill volumes with a description of all the flaws of
character you don't have.

You are right. There are some, but they are in a very small minority.
Those that think (or believe :) ) otherwise are either wilfully ignorant or
don't know any farmers :)

I totally agree. As William Blake said "Parrotry is true friendship",
and as Thoreau so rightly noted, it takes true friendship to bring the
best and most sublime out in you. I think that was what Parkhurst
synthesised when he wrote "The man who lives by himself and for
himself is likely to be glorified by the company he keeps."

"I believe that this thought has been enunciated before. A surly critic
might even use the word "banality".

Oh, but I totally agree. Abso-lutely. A surly critic might fault even

Yes, that is so very true, a quotation, I couldn't agree more.

No. Dutch does not agree that coming into existence is
