I began this site in 2000, so a lot of it is quite out of date (for
example, I say that Smudge is 3 years old - she is now 10). But there's
some more recent stuff on there, such as pictures of Licky which I
added about 3 years ago. One of these days, I'll give the site a much-
needed overhaul! Meanwhile, cuteness never goes out of date. :)

(I had to chuckle at the responses to your post. We're like a grandma

I never have either. Cats are great that way. They're all beautiful in
different ways, and have interesting personalities, even when they're little

I love Licky's inscrutable look-- that black face with the white whiskers
and eyes popping out always makes me laugh. Like Dante. Smug little Marvin

Absolutely! And it's not just grandmas. My doctor did it once!! We were
sitting in her office, somehow the conversation got onto cats (funny
how that seems to happen to me a lot), and the next thing I knew, she
was whipping out her wallet to show me her kitty photos.
This was a regular old medical doctor, btw, not a therapist. :) But at
least it wasn't the middle of an actual exam. :)

Also, did you notice his white chin? It's a reverse goatee. :)
I should point out that most of the time, his expression isn't really
smugness, but nervousness. To me he always looks like he's about to bolt.
I love the white whiskers against the black face, too!
