Our neighbor still is raising roosters for cock fighting. the fights
are not held where the birds are raised, so he is not doing anything
"illegal". Immoral doesn't count to those in power.
But, the birds are open to the air and they are transported to the
fights/ seems this might be an opportunity to "kill two birds with one
stone" so to speak. bird flu speak.
