Archived from groups: rec>pets>cats>rescue (more info?)

My friend has been relocated and must move to another country, they have two
nice cats and need a home for them.
Virginia Beach area.

p.s.
It's not that the country won't accept them, Japan's rules are very strict
and the process is lengthy and costs about 600 bucks per cat. You have to
have a microchip installed and send blood samples then many months later if
accepted they can go.
To try and take them at once would mean quarantining them for 180 days
(unthinkable).
