The Hubbels are a breed that was originated by a Dr. Hubbel. They are
a double breasted bird that will have eggs when the babies are 8 or 9
days old and breed on that cycle year round. The squabs are any where
from a pound to a pound and a half at thirty days.I started out with
two pair and in a years time I had forty birds. I just put them in a
loft and fed and watered them. I don't think they ever laid an
infertile egg. I couldn't find anyone to dress them for me so I gave
them away
