Sometimes the Twilight Zone hits the nail right on the head such as the "blue
spanner" one.
For those that have not seen the epesode, each moment in time has to be
painstakingly constructed in advance and made ready for the moment that it is
used in. Just occasionaly they miss out a small detail that is corrected in the
next moment that is constructed ~ You put something somewhere, look for it
exactly where you put it but its not there, you come back later after searching
for it everywhere else and find that it is exactly where it should have been in
the first place !
This is called a Temporal continuity error :)
