Max joined so many wonderful bunnies over the bridge this morning. He was
deteriorating rapidly and the pain meds and antibiotics couldn't control the
infection or pain in several areas of his body. After nearly 7.5 years of
pain-free, happy, much-loved life, it was time to start a new cycle. His vet
was wonderfully gentle in the procedure and he suffered not at all. We had
time to say goodby and I swear I think he knew that this was best. The apr
group has been a wonderful source of information and support and I am so
grateful you have been there.

I'm so sorry to hear about Max. It sounds like it happened for the best, and
he lived a long, happy life. I'm so glad he didn't suffer, but went
peacefully, and you got the chance to say goodbye. My heart is with you...

I'm sorry to hear that Max had to leave. It does sound like he had a
happy life with you.

He doesn't have to suffer any more from those infections, he can fly free.

Take care,

Rhonda
