when will she breed?

My little "almost" albino female budgie has just finally shown by her cere
that she is female. It took some time for the colour to fully come in. NOw
she is in cages with a male budgie and male lovebird and seems more in
love with the lovebird. When will she breed with the other budgie? or do I
need to put a nestbox up to get her in the breeding mood? she is only
about a year old. I'm very new with this. When she starts breeding and
brooding I suspect I should not move the cage or disturb things in any
way?

I'll welcome any helpful comments.
