he bit me!

Our 4.5 month old Jack Russell was "playing around" as my husband puts it and bit me on the nose, causing me to bleed. I was laying in bed just waking up and my husband was instigating the dog to "wake me up". the dog was barking in my face and jumping at me. I kept yelling NO and STOP. My husband was laughing and then the dog bit my nose. I didn't have to go to the hospital or anything...it was more a scratch then anything, but this seems very inappropriate and my husband didn't take it all that serious as he's always play fighting with the dog. I asked him to stop teaching the dog that biting is okay, but he won't. I don't know what to do. The dog will not listen to me as I dont' have a stern voice like my husband's.
