Yep! and on May 20 when everyone who ordinarily would have bought
fuel on 5/19 and those who ordinarily would buy on 5/20 will unchoke
the stockpiles!!! By the way ... who calculated this? Bart Simpson?

You say they will lose 4.6 billion on 5/19 then by that reasoning they
will gain 9.2 billion when everyone fills up again.
