I'm not sure if I followed the story correctly, but did you say there was an
ID that showed the dog had been adopted from a rescue group? If that's the
case, have you contacted the rescue group? I don't know about how y'all work
in the UK, but I'm pretty sure leaving a rescue dog un-vaccinated would pretty
much be a violation of the adoption contract...
