Just got back from a fly in fishing trip near Folyete(Air Ivanhoe).
Just how close was I to your place? Saw a lot of ducks, grebes, hawks
that i have little chance of seeing down south.
Lots of Americans (Cleveland) were there who took the scenic #17 back
home.

Larry,

Aside from needing a passport, was it any different on the cross-border
flight?

Thanks Gerry -(such detail). and thanks Dave in SC for the aerial map
(got to get that website from him). Pretty obvious that I wouldn't be
dropping in for social tea or breakfast from the air base (425km).
Think I'd need my long underwear driving NW for that long ;-)

See ya guys

Thought I'd try to post some pics (like Tammie does) on Webshots.

PS I was reassured that mommy bear was not seen for some time and
that the two year olds(or so) would hang out at a certain spot on the
opposite side of the lake waiting for the camp cook to dump fish
remains there.

Bear pic is me "handing" one a tuna sandwich on a paddle. Little
buggar thought that was great and tried to jump in the boat!

No passport needed for him, Jerry, he's in southern Ontario. Better not
need a passport from one end of the province to the other yet!

Larry, Gerry gave you pretty darn good directions .... until you reach town
that is.... from there, he sends you in the wrong direction but that's okay.

Unless you wear long undies regularly at 25°C, you don't need to wear them
coming up here in July. ;) November is another story ....
