Don't use that. It has a stepped up voltage and you may get a shock. place
a switch inline with the ac in. I believe what you are talking about the is
where the starter switch is. If so and you are changing ballast to the new
electronic one, just connect the wires together at that starter point and
wire a push on switch in line of one of the ac in lines ( the wire side that
has the small plug terminal on the cord, the is the hot side ) . hope you
do well and no sparks flying your way. :)
