I never bother to check on clear eggs if there's one yolk or two so I
guess it's possible that some of my birds may be producing two yolk eggs
without me even knowing about it.
That sure is an interesting notion--two pigeons hatching from one egg.
I have to believe that's a pretty rare occurrence.
Levi may have had it happen because they had so many birds at that
Palmetto Pigeon Plant that he helped to run. I mean, if you figure the
probability is 1 in 1,000,000 then you've got a lot better chance of
running across it sooner when you've got more birds breeding.
