Yes, but they often don't drink enough water and get that dark yellow
pee.

How do I know what color her pee is? Easy. I use a small aluminum
try (think deep dish from Papa Murphy's) with cat litter inside it, the
tray goes into the smaller litter box. Most of the time, her pee is like a
powerful stream which hits the sides of the litter box, avoiding the actual
litter (and saves money too).
