Post subject: Thinking of getting pet mice..

Hi,

Me and my family had 3 mice about 2 years ago, but my mum couldn't handle them. I was about 11 at the time. I'm 13 now and I want to get 2 female mice.

First of all though, i have to get my mum to agree to this.

How difficult can mice be? (We only had our mice for 10 days..and we took them back)

Would it be appropriate to keep them in my bedroom?

Also, my family has 2 cats. Would I be able to put the mice in my wardrobe (the are lots of gaps so they'd have air) for nighttime so that the cats don't get them?
I may just have to keep them by my bed though...

Any advice of help would be much appreciated!
