I liked your qualifications. I am on close to the same page there.
Although I relate to your husband... i have an affinity for labs..
they are just like 4 legged teddy bears. The hair indeed is a factor
for me too.
The funniest part of your reply was the part about the tail cleaning
the coffee table. I mentioned that exact scenerio to a dog lover
friend of mine (she is a rott gal). Told her that was why I was
thinking small dogs.. didn't dawn on me to get a big dog with no tail.
LOL.
