Taipai Rescue Dogs

Several years a go a "young lady" (she claimed to be a teen-ager) was
promoting rescue dogs in Taiwan. The gist of her effort was to have USA and
other rich people import the dogs she was "rescuing."

Is this young lady still active? I have been away from the list for several
years.
