Post subject: Super glue for a busted nail...

Is anyone using super glue for a busted nail...My little girl has one and
I'm tempted to use it...I'll call the Vet in the morning but I think it's
safe but need advice...Any super glue?...I've used it on myself but always
think twice when it comes to one of my kids...Thanks in advance...GG

.....by now you've already called the vet, but I do wonder about using
superglue - do they have a medical variety? Probably would depend on where
the nail was broken - most of the time they just nip it off.

There are a few versions of surgical super glue. The medical cyanoacrylate glues are
apparently identical in composition cyanoacrylate glue (Super Glue) sold over-the-counter.
