Post subject: Puppy care and contracts

Does anyone have a good breeder's contract that does not involve
replacement puppies, because the breeder does not breed often enough to
make replacement puppies feasable. I have a friend who needs a life
responsibility contract. Also any useful puppy care literature would be
helpful
