I live in a singlewide and have been noticing animal sounds
underneath, so I set up a surveillance camera. Sure enough it is a
cat. I thought she had kittens there, and I put out some food. I
just watched her eat, and I realize she has not yet given birth.

I don't want her denning in the unused duct underneath there. I think
I will get a tiny igloo type thing and put a blanket in there next to
the food dish, hoping she will see the wisdom of my plan.

Any thoughts or suggestions from all you cat experts out there?

It would be fun to have a live camera on a litter of kittens from day
one, eh?

OTOH, should I live-trap her and get her aborted/spayed??? No fun in
that, but no baby cats either.

Charlie

Well if you are going to trap her and she is about to have kittens then it'd
be a little more dangerous to abort the births. I would advise you humanely
trap her and have her looked at by a vet.
