Goldfish and Plants

BigDD,

Java Fern, Java Moss, some of the large thick Vals, and some of the Cyrpts
work well with Goldfish. Goldfish will chew on Java Fern if they get really
hungry, so keep them feed and they will leave the Java Fern alone.

I'm looking for some plants that I can put in my aquarium that the
goldfish won't eat. Does anyone have any suggestions?
