Did you try doing a google search?
I never thought of that, but the pine cones sound like it would interest
the 'tiels. We have them in several of our trees - pine trees. |

Yes, they will like them but you have to boil them and then bake them
in the oven for 20 mins at 220 degrees F. You can also roll them in

Thanks for that info. As soon as some of the snow melts around here, I
think I'll go look for some. I would really want to see Piper's reaction
when I give it to him.

So basically sterilize them & dry them to get rid of pests and bugs
then do whatever you like with them?

OMG! My 'tiel just came out and drifted to the floor!!! I had a look
and he has lost his major wing feathers all on one side????

Oh NO! Is he ok? It seems Piper has been losing A LOT of his tail
feathers lately. Me being paranoid anyway, I always look for blood in
the tips of the tail feathers that he loses. Fortunately, no blood.
