Petition: Help Save Bear the Pit Bull in Lockport NY

Bear has been at the shelter since July 10th 2007 confined in a 3x6
foot concrete kennel with out exercise or proper health care. This is
inhumane treatment of any animal. The case has not progressed since
July and there is NO reason to keep Bear locked up any longer. Bear
should be released to a rescue where he will receive vet care,
exercise and proper treatment and training until the case is closed.

hi. i am very sadened by bears story. alot of times if you can get a sympathetic listener, they will ok them being sent out of state.thats where i come in . my name is rebecca venable i live in rocky mount north carolina i ahve about 15 years experiance in showing and handleing this breed and other bully breeds i would love to help.i am willing to provide bear a home where he will be understood , respected and undoubtably SPOILED!!!!!if anyone can call me and find out if i can help this poor baby please do so my number is 252 442 9426. i am willing to help in any way that i can
